When hiring a vehicle you MUST do the following, in order to protect yourself and England Netball.
1. Where possible, it is highly recommended you meet your Enterprise representative. Agree on the condition of the vehicle.
2. Where it's not possible to meet, please ensure you have inspected the vehicle, completed the Damage Evaluation paper (delivered with your keys, photo is above) and taken photos. Photos should be taken of the vehicle and the fuel level (KEEP THESE FOR YOUR RECORDS) The fuel must be returned at the same level it was given to you.
3. If there is damage you MUST agree this with the Enterprise representative. If the Enterprise representative is not present, check the condition of your vehicle to ensure it agrees with the inspection report on your rental agreement (this would have been emailed to you) If you disagree with the inspection report please contact the renting branch within 1 hour. If the vehicle is delivered outside of normal business hours then contact the renting branch by 0900 on the next business day. Failure to do this will result in you acceptance of the inspection report. Please note that minor damage as illustrated by the damage evaluator is viewed as wear and tear and will not be marked. You do not need to inform Enterprise of wear and tear.
4. If you have an accident call 0800 800 227.
5. When you have finished with your vehicle, check to see if there is any damage. If there is, call 0800 800 227 but also fill the Damage Evaluation Tool and/or take pictures. Better still if you can meet the Enterprise representative, on collection of the vehicle, you can then agree on the condition of the vehicle.
If there any disputes please either call 0800 800 227 or email travel@arrangemy.com
By completing this form submission, you agree to the aforementioned Terms and Conditions
